How a project runs

    Get in touch

    Send a message through the form. A rough idea is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Requirements & estimate

    We talk online, organise what you want, and send the scope with an estimate.

  3. 03

    Contract

    Once you are happy with the plan and schedule, we sign. Work starts after the 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due on completion.

  4. 04

    Build & progress sharing

    Daily progress reports and check-ins as the work takes shape. You are never left waiting.

  5. 05

    Launch & operation

    Launch is not the end. Fixes and maintenance after release are part of the conversation.

Our Name

Ebla means “possible” in Esperanto.

Ebla comes from Esperanto, the language created to be shared by everyone, where it means “possible”.

Making the “wouldn't it be nice if…” of many people possible, one at a time. That wish became our name.

Partners

Sales partners wanted

We are looking for partners to introduce Ebla's services. No programming knowledge needed. During production, partners pass daily progress on to the client and bring the client's requests back to Ebla, so we welcome people who enjoy talking with others and stay in touch reliably.

Frequently asked questions

  • Q01How much does it cost?
    Pricing depends on scope, so we quote per project. After a short call we send a written estimate. Consultation and estimates are free.
  • Q02How long does a project take?
    A website typically takes 1–2 months from contract to launch; apps and systems start from around 2 months depending on size. Tell us if you have a deadline.
  • Q03Can you work with clients outside Osaka?
    Yes. Meetings can be held online, so we work with clients anywhere. In-person meetings are also possible when needed.
  • Q04Do you handle updates and maintenance after launch?
    Yes. Post-launch fixes, new features and ongoing maintenance are all available. We can also build the site so you can update it yourself.
  • Q05Do you accept small jobs?
    Absolutely. One-page sites, translating a menu, or partial fixes to an existing site are all welcome.
  • Q06What payment methods do you accept?
    Bank transfer. 50% of the contract value as a deposit after signing, and the remaining 50% when production is complete. Details are included in the estimate.
